The work of Radovan Kissoczy is grounded in the interplay between digital technology, mechanics and nature through our subjective perception. He seeks to re-evaluate and erase the boundaries between what we perceive as tangible and digital, as well as exploring and creating new approaches in the field of intermedia. In 2010 he started working in the cultural city of Prague, focusing on exploring these relationships through the use of audiovisual, kinetic and interactive installations, working with found and recorded sounds as well as animation in order to develop objects that challenge the viewers expectations and understanding.
In 2014, Radovan co-founded an emerging arts platform ‘KOLABS’ based in Prague, uniting the efforts of young artists and providing a framework and the environment through which they can create and exhibit their works.
